监狱警察职业倦怠和社会支持人格特点关系的研究

摘　　要：本文通过采用Maslach职业倦怠通用量表、社会支持量表和艾森克人格问卷来研究监狱警察。本研究得出以下结论:监狱警察和其他警察相比,在情绪耗竭、成就感降低和总倦怠维度,都是监狱警察倦怠程度要高;从总体上来说,监狱警察的职业倦怠状况并不是太严重,但在情绪耗竭上表现得特别严重;监狱警察群体中,在情绪耗竭维度、人格解体维度和成就感降低维度高度倦怠检出率分别为28.4%、13.5%和19.6%;职业倦怠与社会支持呈显著的负相关;职业倦怠与神经质、精神质呈显著的正相关,与内外向性呈显著的负相关。In this research, Maslach Burnout Inventory General Surrey （MBI-GS）, social support scale and Eysenck personality questionnaire were used, to make a research on jail police. Through the research,we can draw conclusions as follow：To compare with other functional police , jail police have accomplishment and perspective of job burnout. As a whole, a higher degree in emotional exhaustion,reduced personal job burnout is not so serious between jail police,but emotional exhaustion is serious .To jail police, their perspective of emotional exhaustion takes up an percentage of 28.4 in all ,in depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment are 13.5% and 19.6% respectively. Job burnout assumed a significant negative correlation with social support,while assumed a significant positive correlation with neuroticism and psychoticism, and significant negative correlation with introversion or extroversion.
