摘　　要：商贸越汉翻译作为中越两国商务交流的纽带和桥梁,在中越两国商务交往中发挥着日益重要的作用。涉越商务合同、各类信函的商贸文本翻译要遵循"忠实、通顺、专业"的标准,由于商贸越语文本在文体和风格上有其自身的特殊性,在翻译中应采取相应的策略,使译文更趋完美。As the bond and business texts plays an ever bridge for commercial exchanges between China and Vietnam, V-C translation of increasingly important role in Sino-Vietnam commercial exchanges. The translation of the texts of business Vietnamese contracts and various business letters should follow the criterion of fidelity, fluency and profession. Due to its own peculiarity in style, corresponding strategies should be adopted in translation of business Vietnamese texts so as to make the translated versions more perfect.
