摘　　要：笔者通过对新民大街历史文化街区的规划设计,以不同时期建筑体态特征的分析,论证了历史文化街区保护及其新建项目规划设计时,重视整体观念对城市特色建设的重要意义.According to the designing and planning characteristics of the building through Xinmin Street in different periods,the paper demonstrated the significance of protecting cultural district while planning and redesigning the urban construct.It is important to emphasize general characteristics.
