摘　　要：结合高校校园网管理的实际情况,提出了利用基于XML Web Service技术实现校园网用户管理和计费系统,并重点地分析了用户管理和计费管理系统的开发应用,可以高效地解决校园网管理中的一些复杂问题.Combined with the campus network management＇s actual situation,it has made the use of technology based on the XML Web service implements the campus network user management and counting system,and then focus on the design and application of the user management and counting management system,it can effectively solve the campus network management in some complex issues.
