摘  要:采用特殊合金材料封装制作了光纤Bragg光栅火灾探测器,温度传感实验表明,该火灾探测器的温度灵敏度是裸光栅的1.755倍,实现了温度的增敏;应用该火灾探测器与光纤光栅波长解调仪、数据传输和控制总线、数据控制中心等设计了煤矿用光纤Bragg光栅火灾探测系统,该系统采用光纤光栅波长解调仪对由现场感温光栅反射回的光信号进行波长解调并测试波长的变化率,通过该波长变化率获知是否发生火灾。实验表明,该系统具有较高的火灾探测准确率,并能缩短报警时间。Fiber Bragg grating(FBG) fire detector was packaged by use of a special alloy material.Related temperature sensing experiment showed that temperature sensitivity of the fire detector is(1.755 times) than bare grating,and temperature sensitization was achieved.A mine-used fire detection system with FBG was designed by use of the fire detector and FBG wavelength demodulation device,data transmission and control bus,data control center,etc.The system uses the FBG wavelength demodulation device to demodulate wavelength of light signal which is reflected by field detecting FBG and measure the changing rate of the wavelength,then,firing or not could be known through the changing rate of the wavelength.The experiment showed that the system has high accuracy of fire detection and can shorten warning time.
