摘  要:目前,煤矿主通风机在线监测系统多采用"硬件基于工控机,软件基于组太"的方案,该方案的缺点是体积较大、成本较高、系统不稳定。针对该缺点,提出了一种以S3C2440为硬件平台和嵌入式Linux操作系统为软件平台的煤矿主通风机在线监测系统的设计方案,并详细介绍了系统硬件组成和软件设计。该系统能够实时监测主通风机的风量、振动、电压和电流等参数,并可实现远程浏览本地数据的功能。At present,on-line monitoring systems of main ventilator in coal mine generally use the scheme of IPC-based hardware and configuration-based software and the scheme has many disadvantages such as large volume,high cost and unstable system. For above disadvantages,a design scheme of on-line monitoring system of main ventilator in coal mine based on S3C2440 hardware platform and embedded Linux operation system software platform was put forward,and the system's hardware composition and software design were introduced in details.The system can real-timely monitor parameters of air volume,vibration,voltage and current of main ventilator,and its local data can be remotely browed.
