摘　　要：目的:总结慢性阻塞性肺病的老年患者合并左心衰竭抢救护理。方法:回顾性研究我院近2年来,72例慢性阻塞性肺病的老年患者合并左心衰竭的抢救与护理。结果:72例中,抢救成功69例,死亡3例,抢救成功率为95.83%,死亡率为4.17%,2例心力衰竭纠正后,呼吸衰竭不能纠正死亡,1例因左心衰竭反复发作死亡。结论:慢性阻塞性肺病的老年患者合并左心衰竭时,抢救成功关键在于准确掌握病情,争取抢救时间,正确抢救措施及严谨的身心护理。Objective：Summary the rescue and nursing with the elders chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicating left heart failure. Methods： Retrospective study 72 Cases the rescue and Nursing with the elder chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicating left heart failure our hospital in 2 years. Results： The rescue was succeed for 69 eases, death wasI3 cases, the rescue achievement ratio was 95.83% , the death rate was 4.17% ,2 cases were death to respiratory failure after left heart failure were retrieve. 1 case death to left heart failure recurrent attacks. Conclusions： The important turning point to the rescue sueee to include：Accurate prehension the state of an illness, Strive the time to rescue, Rescue measure correct and Rigorous physical and mental nursing with the elders chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicating left heart failure.
