板料n、r值对钣金零件成型工艺的影响

摘　　要：本文详细论述了板料成型性能指数n、r值的物理意义及其对各种钣金率件成型工艺性的影响，结合典型成型工艺，利用钣金冷压成型原理，对n、r值的具体影响进行了分析研究，得出了一些针对具体成型工艺的一般规律性的结论。将本文的一些概念和分析研究的结果同具体的生产实践相结合，则会对促进生产和提高成型件的质量有一定的指导意义。The physical significance of forming property indexes n, r value of sheet metal and their effect on the forming technique of various sheet-metal parts are discussed in this paper. The analytical investightions of specific effects for n, r value are also made on the basis of cold moulding principle and the typical forming technique and some conclusions with general reqularity for the technique are obtained. These results have a directive func tion for pronoting the production and emproving the quality of forming pats.
