摘 要:随着我国酒店业的迅速发展,我国酒店与跨国酒店集团在硬实力上的差距越来越小,竞争力的不足主要体现在软实力方面.本研究在回顾、总结近年来企业软实力相关研究的基础上,结合我国酒店软实力的发展现状,提出了从开发软资源、强化潜在软实力转化等方面提升我国酒店软实力的具体对策.With the rapid development of hotel industry in China, the gap between Chinese hotels and international hotel groups on the hard power becomes narrower, the less competition are mainly in the soft power. Based on looking back and summing up the related researches of the corporate soft power in recent years, and in combination with the present situation of our hotel soft power, the research advances the specific solutions to enhance the our hotel soft power , which from exploiting the soft resources and reinforcing the transformation of potential soft power.
