预防性护理干预对β-七叶皂甙钠致静脉损伤的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨对静脉输入β-七叶皂甙钠的患者实施预防性护理干预的效果。方法:将80例患者随机分为对照组和干预组各40例,对照组进行常规治疗和护理,干预组实施预防性护理干预,分别在5 d后收集资料。结果:干预组效果高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对静脉输入β-七叶皂甙钠的患者进行预防性护理干预,能减少组织和静脉损伤,预防静脉炎的发生。Objective ：To explore the effect of the implementation of preventive nursing intervention with intravenous β - aesein on patients. Methods ：80 patients were divided into control group and intervention group which had 40 cases each. The control group adopted routine treatment and care with preventive nursing intervention on intervention group. Then we respectively collected the data of 5 days after that. Resuhs：The effect of intervention group was higher than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The preventive nursing interventions with intravenous β - aescin on patients can reduee the injury of tissues and veins and prevent the occurrence of phlebitis.
