2005～2009年济南铁路局生活饮用水卫生状况分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解济南铁路局生活饮用水卫生状况,保障铁路沿线站段供水卫生与安全。[方法]对2005～2009年(9月)济南铁路局生活饮用水安全管理与水质检测资料进行分析。[结果]调查183个供水单位,卫生许可证、卫生管理法规(标准、规范)、卫生管理规章制度等10个方面合格率整改后均高于整改前(P<0.01或<0.05)。检测水样749份,合格的427份,合格率为57.01%。检测合格率,各年分别为48.25%、52.11%、62.94%、61.48%、58.90%(P<0.05);集中式供水、二次供水、分散式供水分别为62.11%、57.43%、45.51%(P<0.01);济南地区、青岛地区、徐州地区分别为58.09%、57.63%、54.76%(P>0.05);感官性状指标、微生物指标、毒理学指标、一般化学指标、消毒指标分别为80.15%、56.30%、66.49%、61.21%、59.25%.不合格水样主要是菌落总数、总大肠菌群、总固体、总硬度、铁、三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、硫酸盐、色度、氯化物、锰、锌、浑浊度、砷、汞、铅、铬、硝酸盐、铜等超标。[结论]济南铁路局生活饮用水卫生管理工作尚需加强,供水卫生质量较差,主要问题是受到微生物污染。[Objective]To understand the hygienic status of drinking water in the system of Ji＇nan Railway Bureau, To ensure hygienic and safety drinking water along the railway line. [Methods]Data of safety control of drinking water and water quality test in Ji＇nan Railway Bureau from 2005 to 2009 were analyzed. [Results]Of the 183 water supply departments investigated,the qualified rate of the 10 items concerning hygienic license, laws and regulation on health management was higher after rectification than that before（ P 〈0.01 or〈0.05）. Of the 749 water samples tested, 427 of them were up to standard,accounting for 57.01%. The qualified rate was 48.25% ,52,11%,62.94%,61.48% and 58. 90% respectively each year （ P 〈0.05）. The qualified rate of the water from central water supply, secondary water and dispersal water supply was 62.11%,57.43% and 45.51% respectively （P d0.01）.lt was 58. 09%,57. 63% and 54.76% in Ji＇ nan,Qingdao and Xuzhou （ P 〉0.05）. The qualified rate of the index of sense organ, microbial, toxicology,general chemical and sterilization indicators was 80. 15%, 56.30%, 66.49%, 61.21% and 59.25% respectively. The total number of colonies, total amount of coli group, total solids, total hardness, iron, chloroform, carbon tetraehloride, sulfate, chromatiei： ty, chloride, manganese, zinc, turbidity, arsenic, mercury, lead, chromium, nitrate, copper were over the standard, [Conclusion]Management on the sanitation of drinking water in the system of Ji＇nan Railway Bureau need to be strengthened,the poor quality of drinking water resulted from contamination by microorganisms.
