摘　　要：[目的]了解某公司高处作业人员的健康状况。[方法]对胜利油田某公司340名男性高处作业人员职业健康检查资料进行分析。[结果]340名高处作业人员总体患病率为60.59%,血压、心电图、腹部B超的异常检出率分别为27.94%、22.65%、46.76%,血常规、尿常规、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、空腹血糖、血清ALT的异常检出率分别为5.00%、4.41%、7.94%、25.29%、6.47%、15.00%。[结论]高处作业人员总体患病率较高。[Objective]To understand the health status of personnel in high places of a company. [Methods]Analysis was made on occupational health examination data of 340 male personnel in high places of a company in Shengli Oilfield. [Results]The＇overall prevalence rate was 60.59 %, the abnormal detection rate was 27.94 %, 22.65 %, and 46.76 % for the blood pressure, electrocardiogram, abdominal Ultrasound B-detection respectively, and 5.00 %, 4.41%, 7.94 %, 25.29 %, 6.47 %,and 15.00 % for blood, urine, total cholesterol, glycerol 3 esters, fasting blood glucose, serum ALT abnormal. [Conclusion]The overall prevalence rate was high for personnel working in high places.
