2007～2008年兴宁市麻疹流行特征分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解兴宁市麻疹疫情状况,为制定麻疹防控措施提供依据。[方法]对2007～2008年兴宁市麻疹监测系统和法定法定传染病常规报告系统的麻疹病例资料进行分析。[结果]2007～2008年兴宁市合计报告麻疹疑似病例52例,确诊45例,死亡1例,年均发病率为1.97/10万。石马、水口、罗岗3处乡镇和3个街道办事处合计发病33例(占73.33%),5、6、9、10月合计发病33例(占73.33%),儿童和学生合计发病36例(占80.00%),男性21例、女性24例,14岁以下28例(占62.22%),有麻疹疫苗免疫史的10例(占22.22%)。2007年发生2起暴发,发病7例。[结论]2007～2008年兴宁市麻疹发病率较低,无麻疹疫苗免疫史是发病的主要原因。[Objective]To understand the epidemic situation of measles and provide evidence for development of measles prevention and control measures. [Methods]The data on notifiable infectious diseases were analyzed from the measles surveillance system and regular reporting systems from 2007 to 2008 in Xingning. [Results]There were 52 suspected measles cases in Xingning from 2007 to 2008,45 diagnosed cases and 1 patient died,with average annual incidence rate of 1.97/ 100 000. Shima, Shuikou, Luogang towns and sub-districts had 33 cases （accounting for 73.33 %）, in June, July, september and October 33 eases（73.33 %）,incidence of children and students 36 cases （80.00 %）, male 21 cases, female 24 cases, under-fourteen 28 eases（accounting for 62.22）,history of measles vaccination 10 cases（22.22%）. In 2607 two outbreaks occurred, the incidence 7 cases. [Conclusion]The measles incidence from 2007 to 2008 in Xingning is relatively low,no history of measles immunization is the main reason for the incidence.
