摘　　要：针对人防工程信息数据具有数据量大、数据类型复杂,兼有地理空间信息和属性信息的特点,采用GIS与MIS集成技术,设计实现了基于GIS与MIS集成技术的人防工程管理信息系统。实现了基于电子地图的人防工程信息的录入、查询、修改、编辑等功能;借助GIS的空间数据管理能力和空间分析能力,实现了人防工程信息的重要分析评价功能,达到了良好的使用效果。Aiming at the characteristics of civil defense information such as the massive data, the complication of data types, owing both spatial and attribute information,The authors implemented the management information system of civil defense based on integration of GIS and MIS. We also implemented many operations related to civil defense information management based on digital maps such as querying,updating,deleting and inserting ＇new information,and implemented some important functions of civil defense information analyzing and evaluating with the help of the ability of GIS spatial data analysis and management,which achieve a good effect.
