摘　　要：计算机技术,无线网络通信以及互联网技术飞速发展,大量的移动设备的飞速发展促使GIS向基于移动计算的GIS方向发展,并将成为重要的发展方向。本文就移动GIS的组成和发展、特点、应用、研究与开发作简单介绍。Computer technology, wireless network communication, as well as the rapid development of Intemet technology, and the rapid development of a large number of mobile devices promote GIS to GIS that based on mobile computing. This GIS based on mobile computing will become an important direction of the development of GIS. This paper gives a brief introduction of the composition, the development, the characteristics, the application, the research and the exploitation of mobile GIS.
