摘 要:为了研究充填率、净化风速、纤维直径和喷水量对湿式不锈钢纤维除尘的净化效率和阻力的影响,通过搭建合理的试验台,采取正交试验和常规试验的方法,研究分析得出合理的参数范围,并从理论上给出相应解释.对5μm以下的呼吸性粉尘的除尘效率最高可达97.7%,阻力在20-160 Pa之间,说明以不锈钢纤维为滤料的湿式净化具有高效低阻的性质,在此基础上设计出实用的除尘样机,具有重要的实际意义.In order to study the impact of the filling rate,wind speed,fiber diameter and volume water on the purification efficiency and purification resistance of wet stainless steel fibers,this paper obtained the reasonable parameter range by means of research and analysis,and through building a reasonable bench and taking orthogonal test and conventional experimental methods,and the theoretical explanation was given accordingly.The following pairs of 5 μm respiratory dust collection efficiency can get to 97.7% at most and the resistance is between 20~160 Pa,which indicates that the stainless steel fiber filter has a low resistance and high efficiency.Therefore,it is of high practical significance to design a practical dust prototype.
