摘　　要：分析了石油化工企业无组织排放的挥发性有机物控制和处理技术,包括储罐密封、罐组蒸汽平衡、轻质油品装卸车及污水系统蒸汽平衡、污水集输和处理设施的密闭技术、油气回收技术和污水处理场构筑物释放气的催化焚烧技术。This article introduces the control and treatment technologies of fugitive emissions of volatile organic compounds from petrochemical industries.The technologies cover tank sealing,steam balance of the tank group,light oil loading and unloading trucks,steam balance of the sewage system,sewage collection and the sealing technology of treatment facilities.Oil and gas recycling technologies and the catalytic incineration technology of released gas from the constructions of the sewage plant are also dealt with in this article.
