摘　　要：中小企业融资体系不健全是中小企业融资难的重要原因之一,分析重庆市中小企业融资体系建设现状,探索进一步推进和完善融资体系的政策构建,发展地方中小银行和非银行中小金融机构,从健全中小企业融资支持体系和建立长效融资机制上解决中小企业融资的难题,扶持并有效促进中小企业快速发展。The imperfect financing system of mid-and small enterprises is one of the major causes for the difficulties in financing.In this article,the writer analyzes the present situation of the construction of the financing system of mid-and-small enterprises,explores the policy for promoting and perfecting financing system by developing mid-and-small banks or other non-bank financing agencies,so that the difficulties for mid-and-small enterprises to finance can be overcome.
