摘　　要：分析高校图书馆电子文献资源的利用现状,提出加强高校图书馆电子文献资源建设与服务的相关措施:应利用大众化的传播媒体和易于接受的形式,将电子文献资源和服务传递给读者。This paper analyzed the current conditions of using electronic documents resources in libraries of universities and colleges. It proposes the related measures of enhancing the construction and service of electronic documents resources in libraries of uni- versities and colleges and we should transmit the electronic documents resources and service to readers by mass media and acceptant methods.
