摘  要:利用Northerndotblot技术对钙调蛋白(CaM)mRNA转录水平测定观察到:Wistar大鼠在皮下注射AVP(4~8)1h后,酶法所测得的海马组织中游离的CaM蛋白量增至对照组的3.4倍(P<0.05);但同一组织中CaMmRNA转录水平与对照组比较无明显增高,给药3h后,CaMmRNA转录水平达到对照组的2.5倍(P<0.01),同时CaM蛋白量可达对照组的5.8倍(P<0.01),推测这时的CaM可能有两个来源:一是结合性CaM的游离,一是基因表达水平的增高。Northern dot blot analyses of calmodulin (CaM) expression indicated that in rat hippocampus the level of CaM transcription had no change at 1 k after AVP(4-8) administration (s. c. );simultaneously, enzymatic det.rmination of free CaM protein demonstrated that the increase of CaM was 3. 4-fold (P<0. 05) in comparison with the control. Three hours later after administration, the transcription significantly rose up to a maximum of 2. 5-fold (P<0. 01) and the protein level happened to be 5' 8-fold (P<0. 01) vs the control. It was suggested that the increase or CaM might occur at two levels, i. e., delivery of Cab pool (GAP43) and expression of CaM gene.
