摘　　要：本文对新资助体系进行了全面解读,通过分析大学生思想教育与新资助体系脱节的诸多原因,对大学生思想教育模式的构建进行深入探索。This article gives an overall interpretation of the new subsidy system, and then probes into model construction of college ideological education after an analysis of why it is out of line with the new system.
