摘　　要：为使彩色成形制件具有良好的力学性能,通过设计简易的固化装置制作全彩色的光固化模型,确定彩色制件加工工艺参数,研究着色剂质量分数对制件硬度的影响,并进行相应力学性能的检测。通过实验证明改性颜料对彩色固化有良好的改善效果。A simple device to produce full-color light-curing models was designed, which could improve the mechanical property of color molded workpieces. The processing parameters were determined and the influence of the coloring agent on the hardness of workpieces was studied. The mechanical property of the molded workpieees was tested. The experimental results show that the modified color pigments can improve the effect of curing.
