摘  要:以攀钢提钛尾渣(≤0.088mm)和工业氧化铝(d50=8.79μm)为原料,采用浇注成型制备出六铝酸钙-镁铝尖晶石多孔材料,研究了烧成温度和尾渣加入量对六铝酸钙-镁铝尖晶石材料的性能和显微结构的影响。结果表明:(1)随烧成温度的升高和尾渣加入量的增大,材料体积密度和耐压强度逐渐增大。(2)1550℃烧后材料中六铝酸钙的相对生成量最大;当提钛尾渣与工业氧化铝的质量比为30:70时,1500℃烧后材料中主晶相为六铝酸钙和镁铝尖晶石;其质量比为35:65时,除了六铝酸钙和镁铝尖晶石外还残留有少量的二铝酸钙。(3)SEM分析发现镁铝尖晶石弥散分布在六铝酸钙中,六铝酸钙晶体呈较厚的板片状;材料的孔径主要集中在1~3μm,平均孔径和体积中位径分别为1.75和1.39μm。Porous ceramics of calcium hexaluminate-magnesia aluminia spinel were prepared using industrial alumina(d50=8.79 μm)and titanium recovering slag(≤0.088 mm)of Panzhihua Steel as starting materials by casting.Influences of firing temperature and addition of titanium recovering slag on microstructure and properties of porous CA6-MA ceramics were studied.The results show that:(1)bulk density and cold crushing strength of specimens increase gradually with the increase of firing temperature and titanium recovering slag addition;(2)relative forming amount of CA6 in specimens reaches the top at 1 550 ℃;when the mass ratio of titanium recovering slag and industrial alumina is 30:70,main crystal phases of specimens fired at 1 500 ℃ are CA6 and MA,however when that is 35:65,there is a spot of CA2 besides CA6 and MA;(3)SEM analysis shows MA disperses in CA6 appearing to be thick sheets.Pore diameter of specimens is mostly in 1-3 μm,and average pore diameter and volume medium diameter are 1.75 and 1.39 μm,respectively.
