摘 要:研究了结合剂组成、石灰石加入量及粒度对镁橄榄石质中间包涂料经110℃24h、1100℃3h、1550℃3h热处理后的常温物理性能的影响,借助XRD分析了1550℃3h热处理后试样的物相组成,采用热力学软件FactSage5.0计算材料1550℃下的理论液相生成量。结果表明:(1)采用三聚磷酸钠和SiO2微粉复合结合剂有利于提高试样的常温物理性能。(2)随着石灰石质量分数从0增加到30%,试样在1550℃下的液相(钙镁橄榄石)生成量呈递增趋势,说明在镁橄榄石质材料中添加石灰石对其高温性能不利。(3)在石灰石加入量(w)为10%时,加入粒度≤1mm石灰石的试样,经1550℃3h热处理后,常温物理性能最优。Effects of binders,addition and granularity of limestone on physical properties of forsterite-based coating for tundish after heat treated at 110 ℃ for 24 h,1 100 ℃ for 3 h,and 1 550 ℃ for 3 h,respectively,were researched.Phase compositions of the specimens treated at 1 550 ℃ for 3 h were analyzed by XRD,and forming amount of theory liquid phase at 1 550 ℃ was calculated using thermodynamic software FactSage5.0.The results show that:(1)composite binder containing sodium tripolyphosphate and SiO2 powder is beneficial to improve the physical properties of specimens at ambient temperature;(2)with limestone addition(mass percent)increasing from 0 to 30%,forming amount of liquid phase of the specimens at 1 550 ℃ increases gradually,which means that limestone is adverse to the high temperature properties of forsterite-based materials;(3)specimens with 10% limestone(≤1 mm)treated at 1 550 ℃ for 3 h perform the best properties at ambient temperature.
