摘　　要：目的:总结主动脉夹层外科围手术期处理的临床经验。方法:117例主动脉夹层手术患者,术后入重症监护室(ICU)进行系统监护。根据主动脉夹层特点,予以相应的治疗,积极防治可能出现的并发症。结果:住院病死3例,一过性脑功能紊乱11例,脑血管意外6例,血管吻合口出血开胸止血5例,声音嘶哑2例,肾功能衰竭1例。结论:加强以神经、呼吸、循环为重点的各系统监护,维持内环境稳定,积极防治各系统并发症,是主动脉夹层患者术后顺利康复的保障。Objective：This study was to summarise the clinical experiences on perioperative treatment of aortic dissection.Methods：One hundred and seventeen patients with aortic dissection underwent surgery. All patients were cared in intensive care unit. Corresponding treatments were taken,possible complications were prevented and cured according to characteristics of aortic dissection. Results：There were 3 early hospital mortality. The complications included transient neurologic deficit in 11 cases,cerebrovascular accident in 6 cases,hemorrhage of anastomose which was treated by reoperation in 5 cases,hoarseness in 2 cases,renal failure in 1 cases.Conclusions：Strengthening each system monitoring focusing on the nervous system,respiratory and circulatory system,and maintaining homeostasis,preventing possible complications are keys to perioperative patients with aortic dissection to recover smoothly.
