摘　　要：通过对2t中频无芯感应炉炉衬用耐火材料成分及配比,打结、烧结工艺的生产试验,总结出干式打结酸性炉衬的筑炉工艺及相应使用维护措施,使炉衬寿命提高炉龄2倍以上。Through the production test of refractory composition and proportion,fritting,sintering process used in the lining of 2 t MF coreless induction furnace in our factory,the dry building-furnace technology of acidic lining and the corresponding maintenance measures were obtained.The furnace lining life was improved more than two times.
