摘　　要：根据搅拌设备现存的问题,为满足实验的多样化需求并提高搅拌实验效率,更好地研究搅拌特性,对搅拌设备的机械系统进行了优化设计。主体采用"一机两釜"结构,并用Solidworks设计软件进行三维构图以及零部件的二次开发,以缩短产品开发周期,提高产品设计质量。According to experimental requirements and the problem of agitating at present, and in order to meet the diverse needs of the experiment and improve the efficiency of mixing experiments, the agitating device mechanical system is designed, which is composed of one transition and two agitated tanks. We used Solidworks to design 3D drawing and parts of the secondary development, so that we can optimize the design of agitating device mechanical system, shorten product development cycles, and improve product quality.
