论莫里哀对唐璜传说的改编

摘　　要：在唐璜传说的流变过程中,莫里哀的喜剧《唐璜》堪称是一座里程碑。这不仅因为它是历来以唐璜为题材的文学作品中第一部以主人公的名字来命名的作品,更为重要的是,通过莫里哀的改编,唐璜传说这一题材脱离了原来的低俗状态,开始步入严肃的艺术殿堂。莫里哀在改编中集中表现人物的心理,从而为唐璜的塑造开辟了新的可能性;他赋予唐璜以理性,不仅使人物具有了一定的现代色彩,也使人物塑造进一步复杂化成为可能;他还淡化了这一题材的宗教色彩,增强了其现实意义。In the variation process of the Don Juan legend, Moliere＇ s comedy Don Juan ou le Festin de pierre could be called a milestone, not only because it was the first work that was named after Don Juan in the history of the legend＇ s variation ; more importantly, due to this adaptation, the legend was separated from the original vulgar condition and started to march into the serious artistic palace. In his adaptation, Moliere concentrated on the expression of the character＇s psychology, thus rendering new possibilities for the characterization of Don Juan. He endowed Don Juan with rationality, not only enabling the character to have certain modem color, but also enabling the characterization to become further complicated. He desalinated the religious color of the theme, and strengthened its practical significance.
