摘  要:采用火焰喷涂法制备了聚酰胺12(PA12)涂层.用傅里叶红外光谱仪和X射线衍射仪对涂层的结构与性能进行分析,并用摩擦磨损试验机及扫描电子显微镜对涂层的摩擦磨损性能及磨损表面进行测试分析.结果表明:火焰喷涂法适宜制备PA12涂层,PA12粉末在火焰喷涂过程中没有发生氧化或降解反应,PA12涂层具有优良的耐磨性能,磨损机理主要是疲劳磨损、塑性变形和粘附磨损.The polyamide 12(PA12) coating was prepared by a flame spraying process.The feedstock powder and the coating were analyzed with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and X - ray diffraction spectrometer(XRD).The friction and wear behavior of PA12 coating was examined using a friction and wear tester.Based on the morphological observation of the worn surfaces,the possible wear mechanism was discussed.The friction and wear tests showed that flame spraying was suitable for preparation of PA12 coating and there was no presence of any oxidation or degradation during the processing.The wearable performance of PA12 coating was choiceness.The wear mechanism of the coating was explained in terms of plastic deformation,fatigue tearing and adhesive abrasion in dry ambient condition.
