摘　　要：本文介绍了视频监控中动态目标的红外亚成像跟踪与识别算法以及用DSP使其实现的方法,包括了总体设计思想和一些具体的设计流程。借助控制理论,通过自适应控制,动态调整摄像头的方位和角度,以适时捕捉有价值的目标。The infrared subimage tracking and discerning algorithm for the dynamic target in video monitoring and the implementation of the algorithm by using a digital signal processor are presented. The overall design idea and some design steps are given.According to the adaptive control theory,the position and angle of a camera are adjusted dynamically to catch the valuable target duly.
