摘　　要：对于某些军事基地、国防设施、军械仓库和监狱等比较独立的重点保护区域,如何抵御人为的外来入侵,可以采取许多主动式或被动式的安全防范措施。在实际使用中,更为值得推广的是主动检测与被动防护相结合的安全防范系统。文中介绍了一种基于红外警戒的高压防护系统的设计方法,阐述了系统的组成及工作原理,给出了安全防范系统的设计思路。与普通的防范系统相比,该系统具有主动检测、自动控制和安全保护等优点。For some important separate protection areas such as military bases,defense facilities, ordance depots and prisons,many active and passive safety prevention measures can be taken to resist artificial intrusion.In the practical applications,the safety prevention system which combines the active detection with the passive protection is more worthy to be popularized.The design method of a highvoltage guard system based on infrared warning is presented.The components and operation principle of the system are described.The design idea of the safety guard system is given.Compared with the common guard systems,this system has the advantages of active detection,automatic control and safe protection etc..
