摘　　要：利用道斯(TOWS)分析结合IFE矩阵法、EFE矩阵法等现代分析手段对锡山发展现代物流业的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行客观综合定量的分析评价,找出具有重大影响的内外部因素,据此提出了锡山发展现代物流业的发展战略。Using modern analytical method that incorporates TOWS matrix, IFE matrix and EFE matrix, the paper appraises objectively and quantitatively the strength, weakness, opportunities and threats faced by the development of modern logistics industry in Xishan with the hope to identify the relevant internal and external influence factors. Then based on the findings it proposes the development strategy for the modern logistics industry in Xishan.
