摘　　要：用层次分析法,制定了具体的铁路快运货主满意度评价指标体系,并且对评价方法进行了研究,提出了以改进熵值法确定权重系数的模糊综合评价模型,为铁路快运的健康发展提供理论依据。The paper employs analytic hierarchy process to draw up the specific evaluation index system of cargo owner satisfaction of rail- way express and then studies the evaluation methods, proposing to use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model where the weight coefficients are obtained through improved entropy method.
