摘　　要：棉锦交织物黑闪红双色效果是指将棉组分染成乌黑色,将锦纶染成亮红色,其技术关键是解决棉用染料对锦纶和锦纶用染料对棉的相互沾色问题。文中分析了活性染料对锦纶的沾色情况,指出采用一浴两步法染色工艺可减轻沾色,即40℃中性盐浴中保温染色一定时间,再升温至60℃加碱固色;针对锦纶染色时对棉的沾色,可选用中性染料,并借助锦纶匀染剂和控制pH值在中性范围,减少沾色现象。指出了染色过程中的注意事项。Wet processing of versicolored cotton/polyamide mixture was carried out with cotton component in jet black and polyamide component in brilliant red. The key technology was put forward to solve the staining problems of reactive dyes onto polyamide fiber and dyes for polyamide onto cotton fiber. Reactive dyeing was carried out with one-bath-two-step process of first dyed in neutral bath at 40 ℃ for a period of time and then fixation at 60 ℃ with alkali. Choosing neutral dyes and controlling pH value to neutral range with a levelling agent for polyamide could avoid staining onto cotton in polyamide dyeing. Precautions were also pointed out.
