摘 要:采集692份临床健康成年牦牛肛门棉拭子标本,无菌划线接种于改良Skirrow培养基上,根据特征的形态学观察、生化试验和PCR检测方法共分离鉴定出空肠弯曲菌15株,阳性率为2.17%;对其中14株菌进行16 S rRNA克隆、测序,经系统发育分析发现牦牛源菌株组内的同源性为99.5%~100%,与Gen-Bank中其他源菌株的同源性为95.8%~100%,系统发育研究表明,牦牛源空肠弯曲菌菌株与国内鸡、猪源和澳大利亚人源L14630菌株的遗传关系较近,与国外其他人源、牛源、鸡源及黑头鸥源菌株有较远的遗传距离。A total of 692 anal swAbs from healthy adult yaks were collected and inoculated in skirrow medium.Suspected colonies were further identified by morphological observation,biochemical assays and PCR detection,and 15 Campylobacter jejuni strains were finally obtained.The Campylobacter jejuni positive rate in yaks was calculated to be 2.17%.For phylogenetic analysis,sequences of 16 S rRNA from 14 strains were cloned,sequenced and aligned.The results showed that there was high homology(99.5%-100%) among yak-origin strains,while the homology was 95.8%-100% with strains from other hosts.The phylogenetic analysis indicated that yak-origin strains have close relationship with strains from chickens,pigs in China and strain L14630 from human in Australia,while there was a relatively far relationship between yak-origin strains and strains from human,cattle,chicken and black-headed gulls in other countries.
