成人期原发性肾病危险因素的Logistic回归多因素分析

摘　　要：目的评价低出生体重等因素在成人期原发性肾病发生中的作用,探讨成人期原发性肾病的危险因素,为今后研究原发性肾病的发病机制提供理论依据。方法收集400例原发性肾病患者和400例健康者的人口学、社会学特征、出生史和实验室指标等临床特征,应用非条件Logistic多因素模型进行分析处理。结果低出生体重并不能成为成人期原发性肾病的一个独立致病因素;年龄、性别、焦虑总粗分值、载脂蛋白B、血小板为原发性肾病的危险因素;文化程度和载脂蛋白A1为原发性肾病的保护因子。结论成人期原发性肾病发生与多种因素有关,年龄、性别、焦虑总粗分值、载脂蛋白B、血小板是其发生的危险因素。Objective To evaluate roles of the risk factors, like low birth weight, etc, in the pathogenesis of the adult primary nephropathy, thus to provide evidences for further study of the disease. Methods Data of demography, so- ciology, birth history, and laboratory tests from 400 patients with adult primary nephropathy and 400 healthy people were investigated and analyzed by multiple - factor analysis. Results Low birth weight was not an independent risk factor for the adult primary nephropathy, while old age, gender, anxiety, apolipoprotein B level and platelet were the risk factors of adult primary nephropathy. Meanwhile, high education and apolipoprotein Al were protective factors from the disease. Conclusion The adult primary nephropathy is associated with many factors. Old age, gender, anxiety, apolipoprotein B level and pllatelet are the risk factors of the disease.
