摘 要:以氢氧化锂、磷酸二氢铵和醋酸钴为原料,加入少量水乙醇溶液,以聚乙二醇PEG-400为表面活性剂,在流变相状态下,经低热反应合成前驱体NH4CoPO4,再经固相反应活化制备LiCoPO4纳米晶体粉体,应用FTIR,XRD,TG-DTA,SEM表征分析,研究活化温度对LiCoPO4制备过程的影响.制备过程可描述为3个可阶段性控制的合成过程,在晶体生长过程中控制粒度,温度是关键因素,晶粒生长动力学指数为1.2,晶体生长激活能为E=18.54kJ/mol,晶粒的生长主要以界面扩散机理为主.The nano-crystallites LiCoPO_4 powder was got successfully after baking the precursor of the compound at high activation temperature.The precursor NH_4CoPO_4 was prepared with lithium hydroxide,monoammonium phosphate and cobalt acetate via solid state reaction at low temperature.The effects of activation temperature on the LiCoPO_4 crystallization process was characterized by application of infrared spectroscopy,X-ray powder diffraction,TG-DTA thermal analysis,and SEM.The result shows that the synthesis of LiCoPO_4 exist a variety of kinetic competition at high activation temperature,but the sintering process is the control procedure.The crystal growth kinetics index number is 1.2,the activation energy of nano-grain growth is 18.54 kJ/mol,the main process of grain growth is a interfacial diffusion.The study will provide the application of theoretical and experimental basis for electrochemical catalytic,magneto-electric materials,etc.
