营养干预(适度水解配方奶粉)辅助治疗婴儿特应性皮炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价适度水解配方奶粉辅助治疗婴儿特应性皮炎的疗效。方法96例特应性皮炎患儿均为纯牛奶奶粉喂养,随机分为两组,对照组为普通牛奶奶粉喂养,同时先给予我院自制的0.05%地塞米松乳膏外搽患处1周后改为我院自制的氧化锌搽剂外搽患处3周;治疗组在以上治疗基础上将普通牛奶奶粉改为适度水解蛋白配方的低敏婴儿牛奶奶粉,共治疗1个月,治疗组要求在1个月后继续坚持低敏奶粉喂养。治疗结束3个月后回访并评价复发情况。结果治疗1个月后两组痊愈率、有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3个月后回访比较两组痊愈患儿复发率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论部分水解配方奶粉短期辅助治疗婴儿特应性皮炎无显著疗效。而长期应用有预防特应性皮炎复发的作用。Objective Evaluation of adjuvant therapy for moderately hyarolyzed formula infant atopic dermatitis.Methods 96 patients with atopic dermatitis in children are pure milk formula feeding,were randomly divided into two groups,control group fed normal milk,milk powder,while giving me the first hospital-made 0.05% Dexamethasone cream Wai-cha lesion 1 weeks after the hospital changed my self-made zinc oxide liniment Wai-cha lesion 3 weeks;treatment group in the above treatment of common milk-based formula will be changed to an appropriate low-hydrolyzed protein formula milk powder baby mle sensitivity were treated in january,treatment Group requested that 1 month later continue to adhere to a low sensitivity formula feeding.3 months after the end of treatment and to evaluate the re-recurrence.Results Treatment cure rate in January after the two groups,there was no significant difference in efficiency（P0.05）.3 months after a return visit to cure children with relapse rate compared between two groups were significantly different（P0.01）.Conclusion Partially hydrolyzed infant formula short-term adjuvant treatment of atopic dermatitis there was no significant effect.The long-term use has the prevention effective on atopic dermatitis recurrence.
