摘　　要：目的观察电针对围绝经期综合征患者血清雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)的影响,并分析其可能的效应途径。方法80例患者随机分为关元组(取关元、三阴交穴)、内关组(取内关、足三里穴),检测治疗前后血清E2、FSH、LH含量,分析电针效应。结果电针治疗4星期后两组血清性激素含量中E2水平均升高(P<0.05);FSH、LH水平下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组间效应差异不明显(P>0.05)。关元组提高E2水平的效应集中体现在未绝经患者上。结论电针两组不同穴位组合均能有效升高围绝经期患者E2水平。Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture on serum estradiol （E2）, follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH） and luteinizing hormone （LH）, and the possible mechanism of its action in patients with perimenopausal syndrome. Methods Eighty patients were randomly allocated to a Guanyuan group （selection of points Guanyuan （CV 4） and Sanyinjiao （SP 6）） and a Neiguan group （selection of points Neiguan （PC 6） and Zusanli （ST 36））. Serum E2, FSH and LH contents were measured before and after treatment. The effect of electroacupuncture was evaluated. Results After four weeks of electroacupuncture treatment, serum sex hormones E2 levels increased （P0.05）, and FSH and LH levels decreased but there were no statistically significant differences （P0.05） in both groups. There was no significant differences in the effect between the two groups （P0.05）. The increasing effect on E2 levels occurred mainly in nonmenopausal patients of the Guanyuan group. Conclusion Electroacupuncture at both groups of points can effectively increase E2 levels in perimenopausal patients.
