电针配合隔姜灸治疗胃下垂疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察电针配合隔姜灸治疗胃下垂的疗效。方法将47例胃下垂患者随机分为治疗组(电针配合隔姜灸)和对照组(单纯电针治疗)两组,观察两组疗效。结果治疗组治愈率为56.0%,总有效率为92.0%;对照组治愈率为36.4%,总有效率为90.9%。两组治愈率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针配合隔姜灸治疗胃下垂治愈率高于单纯电针治疗。Objective To investigate the efficacy of electroacupuncture plus ginger moxibustion in treating gastroptosis. Methods Forty-seven gastroptosis patients were randomly allocated to two groups, a treatment group （electroacupuncture plus ginger moxibustion） and a control group （simple electroacupuncture）. The therapeutic effects were evaluated in the two groups. Results The cure rate and the total efficacy rate were 56.0% and 92.0%, respectively, in the treatment group and 36.4% and 90.9%, respectively, in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in the cure rate between the two groups （P0.05）. Conclusion The cure rate of electroacupuncture plus ginger moxibustion for gastroptosis is higher than that of simple electroacupuncture.
