激光穴位照射治疗前列腺增生症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察808nm激光穴位照射治疗良性前列腺增生症(肾阳虚型)的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,每组30例。治疗组采用808nm激光穴位照射会阴、关元、肾俞等穴,对照组口服西药非那雄胺片。观察临床疗效及治疗前后国际前列腺症状评分(Ⅰ-PSS症状评分)、生活质量指数(L)和前列腺体积的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为66.7%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组Ⅰ-PSS症状评分、L和前列腺体积均有改善(P<0.05);两组Ⅰ-PSS评分、L治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后肝功能、肾功能、心电图均未见异常。结论808nm激光穴位照射是治疗良性前列腺增生症(肾阳虚型)的有效方法之一。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint 808 nm laser radiation in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia (kidney-yang deficiency type). Methods Sixty patients were randomly allocated to two groups, 30 cases each. The treatment group received 808 nm laser radiation on points Huiyin (CV 1), Guanyuan (CV 4) and Shenshu (BL 23) and the control group took Western medicine finasteride tablets. The clinical therapeutic effects and post-treatment changes in the International Prostate Symptom Score (I-PSS), Quality of Life Index (L) and prostate volume were assessed. Results The total efficacy rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The I-PSS score, L and prostate volume improved in both groups after treatment (P<0.05). There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the I-PSS score and L between the two groups (P<0.05). There were no abnormal liver function, renal function and electrocardiogram in both groups before and after treatment. Conclusion Acupoint 808 nm laser radiation is one of the effective ways to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (kidney-yang deficiency type).
