摘　　要：今年"两会"期间,加强物联网规划与标准建设成为代表、委员们提案、议案中的热点。在工业和信息化领域,扎实做好标准化工作,编制包括物联网在内的"十二五"产业技术创新规划,正是工业和信息化部科技司的中心工作。近日,《世界电信》记者就工业和信息化领域战略性新兴产业的培育、重大专项的实施、标准化工作的开展以及质量管理的提升等方面的话题采访了工业和信息化部科技司司长闻库。闻库表示,今年科技司的工作将依然围绕调整产业结构、转变发展方式的主题,以增强自主创新能力为中心环节,以推动企业为主体、产学研结合的技术创新体系建设为主线,加快实施重大专项扎实开展标准化工作,不断提升工业产品质量,推动科技成果产业化及产业技术进步。In recent days,the reporter of the World Telecom interviewed Wen Ku,the director-general of the Department of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,about the nurture of strategic emerging industry,the implementation of major major national science and technology projects,the launch of standardization and the promotion of quality management.Wen said that the work of the Department of Science and Technology this year would mainly continue to focus on adjusting industrial structure and transforming the way of developing,enhancing the independent innovation as the central link,and promoting the technological innovation system with enterprises as main players and the integrated efforts of Industry-Academia-Research,so as to accelerate the implementation of major national science and technology projects,firmly carry out the work of standardization,constantly improve the quality of industrial product and boost the industrialization of scientific and technical payoffs.
