道光年间江西盐枭走私个案剖析——以《吴文节公遗集》为例

摘　　要：在为官江西多年的吴文镕所遗留下来的《吴文节公遗集》一书当中,记载有大量的私盐个案①,其中有不少属于盐枭走私案例,透过这些私盐案例,我们可以清晰地看到,道光年间发生在江西的盐枭走私个案,具有人数多、私盐贩卖量大、危害烈的特点。这一历史阶段盐枭走私之所以异常活跃,与当时各级盐务官弁、地方官员和缉私兵役的"不作为"与"乱作为"密切相关。In leaves of ＂the Book of Wu Wen Jie Gong＂ bequeathed by Wu Wenyong, who was an official in Jiangxi many yearsfor official Jiangxi many years, massive illegal salt case, including many salt smuggler smuggling cases were recorded and through these illegal salt cases, we clear see Jiangxi＇s salt smuggler smuggling cases in the years of Daoguang, that had characteristics such as big number of persons, large quantity of illegal salt and fierce harm. In this historical stage, salt owls＇ smuggler smuggling was exceptionally flourishing with the relation of official＇s ＂nonfeasance＂ and ＂disorder feasance＂.
