摘　　要：文章对2009年浙江省省属院校中文纸质图书定点采购进行分析,介绍了联合定点协议采购这种新的政府采购形式。探讨了在高校图书招标采购中,采用联合定点协议采购形式的可行性和实际意义,并提出一些建议供大家参考。The article makes an analysis of the joint fixed point paper-based book-purchase by libraries in Zhejiang Province in 2009, and introduces the new form of the joint fixed point purchase system by the local government. The authors probe into the feasibility and practical significance of the joint fixed point book-purchase by libraries in agreement and propose some suggestions for the readers＇ reference.
