摘　　要：近年来,我国标准文献全文数据库发展速度很快,质量也在不断提高,但在实际使用中还存在一些问题,认识并解决现存的问题对于我国标准文献全文数据库的健康发展非常重要。在数据库的收录内容方面要保证内容准确、收录范围适当、提供详细的著录信息及相应的释义、条文说明;在数据库的检索功能方面要提供全面的可检字段和先进的检索技术;在数据库的用户服务方面要方便用户获取自己所需的信息,要为用户提供个性化信息服务,要提高用户与系统之间以及用户之间的交互性。Our national database of standard literature in full-text has swiftly developed in recent years and its quality is also improving continuously. But there are still some problems in practice. Recognizing and solving existing problems are very important to the development of national database of standard literature in full-text. The contents of the collection of database shall be exact and the range of the collection shall be suitable, descriptive information, related explanations and the illustration of the entries should be provided. In its searching flmetion, some useful and comprehensive searching fields and advanced searching technology should also be supplied while in its usage, the necessary information and individual service for the users should be provided so as to strengthen the interactions between users and users, between users and the system.
