摘 要:采用差示扫描量热仪及热重分析仪对PET/BaSO4共混聚酯的热性能进行了研究。结果表明:硫酸钡质量分数在0%~0.052%范围内时,其含量对共混体系的Tg及熔点无较大影响;但共混体系的冷结晶温度(T)c和冷结晶放热焓值均随BaSO4含量增加呈缓慢升高趋势,当BaSO4含量为0.052%时,共混体系冷结晶放热焓增加了近20%;随着BaSO4含量的增加,各体系的热稳定性逐渐升高,当BaSO4质量含量为0.052%时,体系热解活化能提高了35%。The thermal properties of PET/BaSO4 were studied with DSC and TG. The results showed that BaSO4 contents had little influence on the glass transition temperature(Tg) and melting temperature(Tm), the cooling crystallization temperature (Tc) and the enthalpy of cooling crystallinity increased with the BaSO4 contents increasing. The cooling crystallinity increased by 20 % when the BaSO4 contents was 0.052 %. The heat stability of blend also increased with rising the BaSO4 contents, and the heat stability increased by 35 % when the BaSO4 contents was 0.052 %.
