摘  要:目的:研究皂角刺总黄酮对结肠癌HCT116细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。方法:应用CCK-8试剂盒检测对细胞增殖的抑制作用,透射电镜观察对细胞凋亡的超微结构变化。结果:皂角刺总黄酮能够显著抑制HCT116细胞的增殖,且呈现出一定的剂量依赖性。皂角刺总黄酮作用48小时后,HCT116细胞透射电镜可见核固缩、碎裂和凋亡小体等凋亡形态学改变。结论:皂角刺总黄酮可抑制结肠癌细胞HCT116的增殖,诱导其凋亡。Objective:To study the apoptosis of Colon cancer HCT116 cell line induced by Flavone Components from Spina Gleditsiae.Methods:The inhibition of cell proliferation was determined by CCK-8(Cell Counting Kit-8) assay.The morphological changes of the apoptosis cells were observed by transmission electron microscope.Results:Flavone Components from Spina Gleditsiae significantly inhibited the proliferation of HCT116 cells in a dose-dependent manner.Colon cancer cells apoposis was morphologically observed after 48hours induction by Flavone Components from Spina Gleditsiae.Conclusion:Flavone Components from Spina Gleditsiae can inhibit the proliferation of HCT116 cells line and induce their apoptosis.
