前列腺增生症术前膀胱功能评估及临床意义(附120例报告)

摘　　要：目的:探讨前列腺增生症(BPH)术前膀胱功能评估及临床意义。方法:回顾性分析120例BPH患者术前尿动力学检查结果的有关资料。结果:120例患者中不稳定膀胱(DI)63例(52.5%),逼尿肌活动低下19例(15.83%),膀胱功能正常38例(31.67%)。120例患者中低顺应性膀胱38例(31.67%),高顺应膀胱15例(12.5%),其中21例患者伴有DI。120例患者中54例(45%)出现不同程度的残余尿。结论:BPH术前尿动力学检测,能客观准确评价膀胱出口梗阻(BOO)导致的膀胱功能异常,为临床提供鉴别诊断依据,指导选择手术时机,预后的判断以及围手术期膀胱痉挛的预测和防治,具有积极的临床指导意义。Objective：To investigate the clinical significance of preoperative assessment of bladder function for Benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods：The relevant information of preoperative urodynamic studies of 120 BPH patients was analyzed retrospectively.Results：There were 63（52.3%） cases of unstable bladder（DI）,19 cases of detrusor underactivity（15.83%） and 38 cases of normal bladder（31.67%）.Among the 120 patients,There were 38 cases of low compliance bladders（31.67%） and 15 cases of high compliance bladders（12.5%）,including 21 patients with DI.In 120 cases,there were 54 cases of patients with varying degrees of residual urine.Conclusion：Preoperative urodynamic studies can accurately and Objectively assess the bladder dysfunction caused by BOO.It is of great value to chose the reasonable indications,predict and improve the operative efficacy.
