摘 要:目的采用放射造影术,建立盆腔血管的三维可视化数字解剖模型。方法应用放射造影和CT扫描的人体数据集,运用Mimics10.01软件,在计算机上实现盆腔血管解剖结构的三维可视化。结果成功建立了盆腔内主要血管解剖结构的三维可视化模型,获得非常清晰血管三维重图像,边缘光滑、层次分明。该模型能进行任意方位的旋转,并以多彩色的形式表现,能清晰地显示出各个方位的解剖结构。结论可视化盆腔血管三维重建模型,为盆腔微创手术和盆腔血管内介入治疗的开展提供了直观的数字化解剖依据。重建的三维模型可以提供正常腰区皮瓣的三维动态解剖,为虚拟手术奠定了基础。Objective To establish the three-dimensional visualization anatomical models of blood vessels on Pelvic Cavity by using the Radiotherapy angiography. Methods The software of Mimics 10.01 was used to realize the pelvic vascular anatomy of the three-dimensional visualization on the computer with CT scan imaging and radiation in human data sets.Results The three-dimensional visualization model of the major pelvic vascular anatomy was established successfully with very clear three-dimensional vascular image,smooth edge and being well-structured.The model with arbitrary rotation position and the form of a multi-color performance can clearly show the anatomy of various directions. Conclusion Three-dimensional visualization of pelvic vascular reconstruction model can provid the digitization of anatomical intuitive basis for minimally invasive pelvic surgery and pelvic endovascular treatment.The reconstruction of three-dimensional model of the lumbar area can provide the normal three-dimensional dynamic anatomy of the flap,laying the foundation for virtual surgery.
