摘 要:目的探讨锁定加压钢板治疗Pilon骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析行锁定加压钢板内固定的25例Pilon骨折患者的临床资料,从术后并发症发生情况、骨折愈合率、愈合时间及踝关节功能等方面,对手术疗效进行评价。结果随访6~18个月,平均12个月。术后3例切口皮肤表浅感染,1例切口皮肤深层感染坏死,3例骨折延迟愈合。无骨折不愈合及畸形愈合,平均愈合时间14.8周,优良率88.0%。结论应用锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨Pilon骨折可以获得良好疗效。Objective To evaluate the effect of treatment of tibial Pilon fracture with LCP. Methods From May 2006 to July 2008,25 patients of tibial Pilon fracture were analyzed retrospectively, which received internal fixation with locking compression plate ( LCP ) in our hospital. The study can evaluate the effect of surgery on the following aspects : post - operative complication, the rate of bone healing, the healing time and ankle joint function. Results All patients were followed up for 6 months to 18 months with an average period of 12 months. Complications included incision skin superficial infection in 3 cases,incision skin full -thickness infection and necrosis in 1 case, delayed union in 3 cases. There was no nonunion and malunion in all the-cases. The rate of bone healing was 100%, the average period of bone healing was 14.8 weeks, and the excellent and good rate of the ankle function was 88.0%. Condusioa Using LCP are effective metheds to improve the clinical results of Pilon fracture.
